ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Custom-Made Products:
    Products created specifically for you, including items made from templates, products not marked as "Print Ready," and items featuring customer-uploaded images or personalized notes, are not eligible for returns due to their unique nature.

    However, if your custom-made product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item via the provided link or email. Be prepared to provide a clear photo showing the damage or defect.

  2. Non-Custom Products:
    Non-customized items may be eligible for returns or exchanges, subject to approval. Please contact us before returning any product.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already begun.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of receipt. To expedite the process, please include a clear photo of the damage or defect.

  • Custom-Made Products: Damaged or defective custom-made items are eligible for replacement or exchange. These returns are not subject to restocking fees.
  • Non-Custom Products: Damaged or defective non-custom items may also be returned or exchanged without incurring restocking fees.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in cases where the fault lies with us, such as:

  • Incorrect printing (e.g., the wrong image or design).
  • Incorrect product specifications (e.g., the wrong size or item).

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The customer-provided image is of poor quality. While we make every effort to notify customers about low-quality images before printing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that uploaded images meet acceptable standards.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy. Exceptions may apply as required by your state or local laws.
